从事润滑油行业 

岗位要求：

1、大专以上学历（销售经验丰富者可放宽学历）；

2、一年以上工业产品或快速消费品终端销售工作经验；

3、具备一定的表达能力和交际能力，能独立开发新客户；

4、做事勤恳，有耐心，能承受压力；

5、具有润滑油销售工作经验者优先录用。

6、年龄要求：22岁~35岁

岗位职责：

1、负责公司品牌润滑油产品的销售及推广；

2、根据团队销售目标分解，完成销售目标，有计划的开展销售工作；

3、积极开拓新客户，维护新老客户关系，并了解市场信息及时反馈客户意见；

工作内容：

1、从事油品的销售和客户开发；

2、销售人员职位，在上级的领导和监督下定期完成量化的工作要求，并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务；

3、管理客户关系，完成销售任务；

4、收取应收账款。

待遇：

税前基本月薪3500元，

根据销售业绩不同，考核月薪6000-10000元。

公司销售平均收入2万元/月。

另采取奖金+提成+车贴,并提供公司带薪休假、旅游补贴等高福利，

薪水上不封顶，欢迎挑战20万以上高年薪。
