对施工区域所有工作进行安全监督，审查各承包商安全管理体系及安全管理工作以使其符合相关方要求。

岗位职责：

1.贯彻执行国家安全法律法规、政策、标准以及项目各方HSE管理要求；

2.参与制定安全操作规程及管理文件；

3.通过日常检查、专项检查、旁站监督等形式对施工现场范围内作业活动、人员、机具、材料等安全事故隐患进行排查；

4.及时制止和纠正现场违章及违反操作规程的行为；

5.督促责任方落实安全隐患整改措施；

6.组织和参与承包商及公司员工安全教育培训；

7.安全报表统计；

8.其他

任职资格：

1.学历要求：专科及以上学历，持有注册安全工程师证优先；

2.专业要求：土木工程、工程管理、机电工程、安全工程等工程类专业；具有外资项目或中字头央企总承包经验；

3.五年以上施工现场安全管理工作经验；

4.基本的英语听、说、写能力；

5.身体健康、对工作有责任心。

上班时间9；00——18；00，中间休息一小时；

Responsibility:

1.Implement national security laws, regulations, policies, standards and HSE management requirements of all parties of the project;

2.Participate in the formulation of safety operation rules and management documents;

3.Check out the potential safety hazards relating to operation activities, personnel, machines, tools and materials within the scope of the construction site through routine inspection, special inspection, and bystanding-station supervision etc.

4.Stop and rectify the dangerous behaviors and violations of operating rules;

5.Urge the responsible party to implement the rectification measures for accidant risks;

6.Organize and participate in safety education and training for contractors and employees;

7.Safety statement statistics.

Qualifications:

1.Education requirement: college degree or above,  safety Engineer certificate is preferred;

2.Major requirements: civil engineering, engineering management, mechanical and electrical engineering, safety engineering and other engineering majors; working experience in international projects or state-owned GC;

3.At least 5 years EHS management experience in construction site;

4.Basic English listening, speaking and writing skills;

5.Healthy and responsible for work.

Working hours 9;00-18;00, one hour break;

Kyretabi (Changzhou) Construction Project Management Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Spanish Kyretabi Sarralle Group in China.
