职位信息 ：

• 与合作的工厂保持良好关系，沟通生产与质量控制要求。
• 与销售经理和美国生产团队亲密合作，指导和协调所有生产活动。 直接与整个供应链中的纺织厂对接，从原材料到成品;
• 在整个供应链中进行质量控制;
• 计划和制定生产时间流程，任务和生产顺序，以实现生产目标/目标;
• 监督劳动力和设备要求以及生产规范的计算;
• 确保供应链的环境标准和认证;
• 审查工厂的生产能力和加工规格，以确定生产估算的可行性并评估当前的生产。

• Communicate with mills manufacturing and quality control requirements.
• Works with sales manager and US production team to direct and coordinate all production activities. Work directly with textile mills across the supply chain from raw materials to finished products;
• Conduct quality control across the supply chain;
• Plans and establishes work schedules, assignments and production sequences to meet production targets/goals;
• Oversees the calculation of labor and equipment requirements and production specifications;
• Ensure environmental standards and certifications of supply chain;
• Reviews mill production capacity and processing specifications to determine the feasibility of production estimates and evaluate current production.

职位资格:

• 大专以上学历，纺织，管理或相关专业;
• 丰富的生产管理工作经验（5年或以上），***是纺织和服装产品制造商，良好的机器和技术流程;
• 纺织纤维，纱线，针织/编织，染色+整理的知识和经验;
• 良好的人际关系和沟通技巧;
• 良好的口头和书面英语交流和演讲技巧;
• 计算机知识;
• 行业关系和客户资源是一个优势。

• College graduate or above, major in textiles, management or relevant subjects;
• Extensive working experience (5yrs or more) in production management, preferably doing textile and garment products manufacturer, good command of machines and technical process;
• Knowledge and experience of textile fibers, yarns, knits/woven, and dyeing + finishing;
• Strong interpersonal and communicational skills;
• Good oral and written English communication and presentation skills;
• Computer literate;
• Industry connections & client rolodex is a plus.
