概述： 

这一职位需要与***国际品牌客户沟通，以协调所有公司的产品订单与服务的事宜。客户服务经理将协助与生产团队沟通客户的技术生产要求，定期生产更新并有效沟通和解决与生产活动相关的所有问题。 

Job Description: 

• Assist in developing a comprehensive, world class customer service experience for brand customers in all production activities. 

• Coordinate all commercial production activities between production team and brand customers. Communicate production/work schedules, assignments and production sequences to meet production targets/goals. 

• Help communicate customer production requirements to the production team. Candidates will be strong communicators with technical knowledge and professional attitude.  

• Assist with domestic sales/marketing activities.

Qualifications: 

• Good oral and written English communication and presentation skills; Spanish and/or portugués is also a plus.  

• Experience coordinating production activities international brands  

• Extensive working experience (5yrs or more) in textiles sales/marketing, good command of product technical specifications; 

• College graduate or above, major in textiles, management or relevant subjects;  

• Understanding of textile fibers, yarns, knits/woven, and dyeing + finishing; 

• Detail and data oriented, strong interpersonal and communicational skills; 

• Computer literate, especially excel/Microsoft 365 and a plus to know Adobe Illustrator. 

• Industry connections & client rolodex is a plus.

• 在纺织品销售/营销方面拥有丰富的工作经验（5年以上），熟练掌握产品技术规格; 

• 大专以上学历，纺织，管理或相关专业; 

• 了解纺织纤维，纱线，梭织/针织布，染色+整理; 

• 细节和数据导向，强大的人际关系和沟通技巧; 

• 计算机精炼，尤其是excel / Microsoft 365，了解Adobe Illustrator的优先。 

• 行业人脉和客户资源优先考虑。
