Primary Functions (or Position Summary)

Manage and responsible for the daily IE job.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

1.Lead the continuous improvement project with team work.

带领团队持续改进项目。

2.Participate in the new product development to improve the new product process, and ensure the new product introduction.

参与新产品开发，改进新产品工艺，确保新产品导入。

3.Problem analyzing and solving with the improvement solution to ensure the production according the product process.

分析问题并提出改进方案，确保生产符合产品工艺要求。

4.Production layout design and continuous improvement.

生产布局设计和持续改进。

5.Production capacity analyze including the new machine and tools’ design\analyze\evaluation.

生产能力分析，包括新机床和工具的设计、分析、评估。

6.Support and monitor the production execution and improvement.

支持和监督生产执行和改进。

7.Cycle time identification and line balance implementation in strict alignment with DAB standards and procedures

周期时间的识别和线平衡的执行严格符合DAB标准和程序

8.Time study and predicted working time for the new product, maintain the INFOR system.

对新产品进行时间研究和预测，维护INFOR系统

9.Design and update the process document working together with the related department.

与相关部门一起设计和更新工艺文件。

10.Generate new ideas for continuous improvement (Kaizen) accordingly to lean principle.

根据精益原则为持续改进(Kaizen)产生新的想法。

Normal Minimum Position Requirements

1.University degree with Industrial Engineering is preferred, or other related degrees with IE job experience.

大学本科学历，工业工程专业或其他相关专业

2.Minimum of 8 years experience on related responsibility

至少8年相关工作经验

3.Good computer skills and experience using ERP systems is a plus;

良好的计算机技能和使用ERP系统经验者优先

4.Experience in foreign companies is preferred

有外企工作经验者优先

5.Good in spoken and written English

良好的英语听说读写能力

6.Be able to work independently and with good team work spirits

能够独立工作，具有良好的团队合作精神
