职位描述：

 

1. 负责日常操作工作，包括订舱、舱位预估、装货、清关、上船、船期更新等；

 

2. 根据操作的每个环节与各个供应商进行协商合作；

 

3. 负责指定货的操作；

 

4. 与海外保持邮件联系，答复任何与操作相关的询问，并进行解决；

 

5. 与销售和客户沟通协调，如果遇到特殊价格要求，及时向经理和主管汇报；

 

6. 处理客户投诉，如有必要，及时向经理和主管汇报；

 

7. 完成上级和公司交办的其他工作。

  职位要求：  

1. 大专以上学历或者物流相关专业毕业；

 

2. 有货代公司海运操作相关工作经验者优先；

 

3. 有较强的国内外沟通协调能力；

 

4. 工作积极，有较强的工作责任心；

 

5. 能熟练操作办公室应用软件； 

6. 应届生亦可
