 Industrial Controller

Primary Functions (or Position Summary)

- Business support and Data control to Operations

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Business support:

-      To understand Financial impacts related to Operations activities. Send alert when things go wrong to the management team.

-      Understand plants needs to propose better financial solution

-      Support Operation to find more channel to improve situation base on Products /cost/ efficiency /quality.

• Analysis & forecast:

-      Stock and Slow Moving analysis and follow

-      Investment plan & implement analysis

-      Scrap Situation analysis and improve action follow

-      Product turnover & Cost analysis

-      Reliability & timely  of the data from Operation

-      Date analysis support for new /maintenance project or other operation project

-      Support FM for forecast related to operations

• Pricing support:

-      New product TP

-      SUC calculate

• Data Control & Performance monitor:

-      Data control in ERP

-      Qlik data control

-      Operation KPI monitor

• Operation related reporting
• Other duties assigned by Manager

Normal Minimum Position Requirements

Education         

• Bachelor Degree or above

Experience

• Min 3 years in Industrial Controller or Financial analyst position
• Experience in ERP
• Good excel skills

Requirement

• Good in spoken and written English
• Good command of computer skills, office
• Team player and collaboration approach
• Good communication skills
• Result oriented
• Honest, open-minded, flexible, fast learner
