Indirect  purchasing

    · Execute Purchasing initiatives and strategies for Indirect  materials and services

    · MRO supplier sourcing, pricing benchmarking &  negotiation and supplier selection

    · Keeping the Supplier Information Database accurate and  updated in workflow

    · Keeping the indirect material Prices accurate and updated  in workflow

    · Sustainable cost saving/reduction without compromising the  quality and delivery.

    · Daily purchasing for indirect materials and service to  meet stakeholders ‘demand.

    · Support evaluation and qualification of suppliers for  integrated commodities.

    · Follow indirect purchasing procedure, EHS and E&C  policy, 

    · Contract and PO handling.

Production  Export

    ·  Accept internal customer order, lead assessment process.

    ·  Input database in K3 system and track production plan periodically.

    ·  Tracking production logistics with shipment company and  update all database in system and manual form.

    · As a coordinator to enhance communicate with internal  customer and department.

    · Other task assigned by Manager

Mandatory: 

- About 2 years related experience,

- Additional procurement experience on indirect material, facility and etc;

- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels under tough situation; 

- Self-motivated, independent; 

- Customer and Results-Oriented; 

- Proven problems solving skills and extremely decisive; 

- Strong ability to work under pressure; 

- Systematic and structured working style;

- High degree of integrity, code of conduct and business ethics; 

- Fluent in French writing, speaking and listening;
