• Guarantee the compliance of the manufactured products. Prepared and validate manufacturing control plans. Measure the quality produced by the manufacturing process (DFQ).
• Controls the application of the DFQ process and validates each milestones of internal or external FAI
• Lead and deploy the Right First Time program with the associated mindset.
• Drive action plans to detect, contain and correct the Non Conformities and issues through TOP10,QRQC, …, and reduce accordingly the Cost of Non Quality.
• Ensure products & services delivery to the Customer according to the contractual quality requirements.
• Ensure and develop the supplier Quality through adapted controls and improved partnership with suppliers
• Decide Quality wall implementation as necessary for internal or external quality issue.
• Participates to the SPL construction under Project Quality responsibility
• Performs SPQD plan by setting-up relevant actions plan all along the product / process development to reach Supplier FAI go on time
• Animate NCR treatment by setting-up relevant actions plan to reach Supplier NCR target, Responsible for Non conformity day-to day management
• Insure reactivity to inform supplier of NCR, to replace defective parts and to implement saucerization within supplier process
• Animate NCR treatment by setting-up relevant actions and have the ability to QRQC of quality issue.
• Organize the supplier retrofit as necessary , Challenge our suppliers to enforce relevant corrective and preventive action plan, challenge reactivity
•  Manage and animate Suppliers Top Offender for the Site, including monitor and present supplier Quality review at Site level to solve the Top issues.
• Audit supplier process to check the effectiveness of the corrective and preventive action plan and ensure control plan sustainability
• Participate in processes improvement and enforce the application of all Alstom standards.
Ensure Alstom Transport's instructions, code of ethics and EHS rules are upheld. To bring all necessary support to other Dept. within the company or DISPEN LC.

Mandatory:

• With experience in the railway industry, the priority of railway college graduation
• 5 or above years’ experience in Quality, Engineering or Industrial.
• Quality System Auditor is preferred, or Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) is preferred.
• Knowledge of quality tools & Data Analysis (Problem Solving Tools, 8D, QRQC, Quality Walls).
• Know kinds of quality and management system:ISO9001 ISO/TS 22163.
• Technical and industrial process knowledge and understanding of system interdependencies.
• Autonomous, with excellent relationship skills.
