工作内容和要求：

1. 制订、维护EHS管理体系文件，确保体系正常运行。

2. 定期组织安全会议和定期进行安全检查。

3. 负责EHS预算、KPI的计划和执行。

4. 识别、评估生产运营中的EHS隐患和风险，并及时通告及规避风险，推动责任部门改善作业环境并跟踪验证，持续降低事故风险。

5. 组织安全培训，对本公司员工、访客、供应商、支持人员做好安全培训/告知。

6. 制定属地的PPE配备标准，检查责任范围内人员的PPE佩戴情况。

7. 负责生产废弃物的及时及合规处置。

8. 外来人员施工项目的审批、监督和检查。

9. 跟踪和推进持续更新特种设备清单和特种作业人员清单，提醒、督促年检/换证，保证其资质的有效性。

10. 制订应急预案并组织相关的演练。

11. 按“四不放过”原则处理EHS事故/事件，组织、推动责任部门完成事故报告及相应的整改措施。

12. 管理及定期清点及时补给现场工人的EHS用品。

13. 制定保密制度并配合保密制度进行落实。

14. 对于驻厂第三方进行安全管控。

岗位要求：

1．全日制大学本科以上学历，英语口语表达流利；

2．三年以上相关工作经验，制造、环境等相关专业优先；

3． 熟悉环境安全等相关法律法规，对精益生产和持续改进有一定经验；

4.   熟悉ISO14001/ISO48001体系，并能熟练应用；

5． 有高度的责任感和敬业心。
