Job responsibilities:

  

工作职责：

  

1.  Responsible for the drafting, review, execution tracking and management of company contracts and other legal texts, identifying and controlling legal risks of contracts, and handling dispute resolution related to contracts;

  

     负责公司合同及其他法律文本的起草、审查、执行跟踪及管理，识别和控制合同法律风险，处理与合同相关的争议解决；

  

2. Responsible for company's contract management and the construction of the contract system, establish and optimize the contract risk control process, and continuously improve the system and process of the company's contract review, approval, execution and management;

  

     负责公司合同管理及合同体系建设，建立和优化合同风险控制流程，持续完善公司的合同审查、审批、执行和管理的制度、流程；

  

3.  Make standard contract text, and continuously establish and improve standard contract text system;

  

     制作标准合同文本，不断建立和完善标准合同文本体系；

  

4. Provide legal advice and legal opinions for the company's business departments and business management activities, prevent and control legal risks, and conduct research on related legal issues and provide solutions;

  

     为公司业务部门和经营管理活动提供法律咨询和法律意见，防范和控制法律风险，就相关法律问题进行研究并提供解决方案；

  

5. Participate in company’s projects, including project due diligence, project negotiation, providing legal opinions, drafting and revising legal texts, prompting and justifying possible legal risks in the project, and providing legal basis for the company's significant decisions and avoiding risks;

  

     参与公司项目，包括项目尽职调查、项目谈判、提供法律意见、拟订修改法律文本、提示和论证项目中可能的法律风险，为公司的重大决策提供法律依据并规避风险；

  

6. Provide legal training on contract management and risk control for business units.

  

     为业务部门提供合同管理及风险控制相关的法律培训。

  

 

  

Requirements:

  

任职要求：

  

1. Graduated from a law school with a bachelor's degree or above, and passed the judicial examination;

  

     毕业于国内外知名院校法学专业本科以上学历，通过司法考试；

  

2. Able to handle the drafting and reviewing of Chinese and English contracts independently and proficiently, with outstanding contract risk management and control capabilities, and has more than three years of contract drafting and reviewing experience in well-known law firms or large corporate legal departments;

  

     能独立并娴熟处理中英文合同的起草和审核，合同风险管控能力突出，具有在知名律所或大型企业法务从事三年以上的合同起草和审核经验；

  

3. Have excellent legal English working ability and fluent Chinese and English communication skills;

  

     具备优秀的法律英语工作能力、流利的中英文沟通能力；

  

4.  Strong ability to analyze, handle and resolve legal issues;

  

     具有较强的分析、处理及解决法律问题的能力；

  

5.  Proactive work, good communication skills, strong sense of service and team spirit;

  

     工作积极主动，具有良好的沟通能力、较强的服务意识以及团队精神；

  

6. Candidate familiar with capital market rules and has participated in investment projects is preferred.

  

     熟悉资本市场规则并参与或主持过投资项目者优先。
