Responsibilities:

* Overall manage construction EHS for 2 new projects in Lingang

* Evaluate and qualify contractors in EHS perspective

* Build EHS management infranstructure on site

* Engage with General Contractor to establish project EHS management plan

* Review contractor safety proposals (JSA) and to implement on site accordingly

* Deliver EHS trainings to contractors

* Manage the construction site security team to strictly control the in&out of people, materials and equipment, etc.

* Organize daily site safety inpsection and tracking for closure timely

* Manage routine site safety meeting to discuss the status/risks/plans/findings/actions, etc.

* Engage in the project commissioning to get EHS readiness executed for turning into operation mode

* Conduct near-miss and incident investigation to learn and prevent the reoccurrence

* Coach and promote contractor safety culture to a higher level

* Work with EHS peers to complete other EHS management works as assigned if any

Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree and above, preferably safety engineering or related background

* At least 10+ years of working experience with EPCM firm or construction company

* Must have project EHS management experience for big industrial plant/factory project (>1000 people) as EHS manager

* Familiar with construction EHS regulations and practices

* Good English writing and speaking capability

* Strong communication and training skills

* Integrity & team work spirit

* Semiconductor & Electronics industry working experience is a plus
