Responsibilities:

1.Lead issue identification, root cause diagnose analysis, and resolution of product / production issues

2.Lead and organize lab CIP testing & FA within cross-functional team (Process, Engineering, Software, Manufacturing, Spares, etc.) to improve product functionality and reliability

3.Propose CIP hardware design concepts, prepare failure model & mechanism

4.Lead productivity issue related experiments, collect and analyze data, generate reports for both internal and external distribution

5.Professionally represent the company to customers, utilize knowledge of company’s product lines and services to keep existing/ potential customers informed when new/ additional needs / opportunities are identified 

6.Review & release of BKM’s, procedures, and software spec

7.Provide new tool startup support, hardware retrofits, issues trouble-shooting at customer site

8.Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.

Requirements：

1. 5+ years experience in Semiconductor

2. Education background in Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, Material Science and/or related fields

3. Strong logical thinking, problem solving skills

4. Able to work independently and as part of team

5. Self-motivator with sense of urgency and accountability

6. Good communication skills, written and verbal, in both Chinese and English

7. Proficient in MS Office products including PowerPoint and Excel

8. Be able to travel domestically and international
