主要职责:

  

• 负责公司智慧水务云平台的生产运营，执行设备或泵站接入流程，以及接入流程的改善
• 负责对接设备销售订单中的平台接入申请，与生产（工厂、盘柜厂或项目执行团队）协作完成设备接入过程中的信息收集、录入，确保设备数据完备
• 作为平台管理员，执行建站过程，包括路由器或网关的注册、创建泵站、创建客户/用户等
• 负责支持项目执行团队、销售、售后在设备调试过程中的平台侧信息查询、验证
• 负责平台用户管理，包括内、外部用户的权限管理，设备授权等
• 负责对接客户关于平台应用中的各种问题，关注客户需求，保障客户使用，将客户提出的需求或问题定期向产品经理及开发团队汇报
• 负责平台生产运营月报，按月将平台生产情况向管理层报告

  

  

任职条件:

  

• 计算机科学或相关专业的学士学位
• 2年以上信息系统、物联网/工业互联网平台运营经验
• 对物联网/工业互联网、SaaS有较深刻的认知及见解
• 善于沟通协调，有较强的服务意识和团队协作精神，能够跨团队、跨部门开展工作
• 善于对业务流程进行优化，不断追求提高服务效率和服务质量
• 英文读写流利
