Responsibilities:

 - Cooperate with TIRD colleague for product (lifting bag, hose, expansion joint ect.)  technology and manufacture transfer

 - Be responsible for manufacture technology of products to be transferred inTMEQ including lifting bag, hose, expansion joint, ect. 

 - Be responsible for the technology (product & process) development for trnasfered product for future market development

 -  Respnosible for tooling design, molds design, furthure to development

 -  Learn existing manufacturing processes, become expert of process and toolings for specific processing steps, aiming for continuous improvement, such as: 

1.  Support manufacturing with daily operational problems through hands-on troubleshooting and process     improvements.
2.  Propose, implement, and document improvements to existing processes for cost saving and/or efficiency   improving. 
3.  Identify new processing equipment/tooling that can be used to improved existing capabilities 
4.  Write work instructions/SOP for new processes, transfer processes to production line, train operators on new processes 

Requirements:

-  Bachelors degree or above, in Mechanical Engineering, or polymer / rubber engineering.

    

-  Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical design in related industry

    

-   Working experience in rubber factory is preferred

公司现有产品范围：橡胶护舷（实心护舷、充气护舷）、挖泥管等橡胶基建产品、橡胶起重垫、特殊膨胀接头、隧道桥梁密封产品、橡胶防腐衬里系统，以及靠泊辅助电子导航装置。
