青岛某外资企业招聘汽车零部件研发工程师：  

1. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for engin components for automotive, such as water valves、oil valves, air valves or sensors...

-  Customer's specification requirements review and analysis; 

-  Definition of the product structure to comply with the requirements, following the leader instructions 

-  Definition of the Validation Plan, in collaboration with Automotive Laboratory to define and implement the testing activites, trsting report review ad anylisis;

-  Responsibility of the Design works(3D and 2D, CATIA, PRO/E) according to the sechedulling, and result review tohgether with the leaders to do approval; 

-  Preparation of the DFMEA 

-  Interface with PMs, customers and suppliers to do project/drawing/BOM review;

-  Technical presentation at the customer side;

2.     QUALIFICATIONS

-  Bachelor degree + in Mechanical Engineering or similar. Master degree is a plus.

-  Automotive background is preferred

-  Teamleader expereinces with leadership skills is preffered.

-  Good at Catia/ Pro-e softwares. 

-  Good knowledge and experiences of BOM, DFMEA, GD&T.

-  Good at manufacturing processes of assembly

-  Familiar with plastic injection, metal maching and molding technologies;  

- Good at microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.

- Good at English both written and spoken

- Good interpersonnel skills, inovation and changement drving, result oreinted, press adapt and team player;
