1.Work with SQE team to develop and implement supplier developing/maintaining plans/projects, including new supplier audit, evaluation and approved supplier annual audit.  

2.Work with SQE team to support all new product development (NPD) projects to  ensure parts approval in time and reach requirement.Close coordination with NPD sourcing leader and active participation of sourcing reviews.

3.Could deal with multitasking, and distinguish the priority, to solve supplier quality issue.

4.Establish and maintain supplier relationship for continuously quality system maintenance and product quality improvement. 

5.Communicate internally/externally smoothly.

任职要求：

1. Education & qualification  教育和资历

Bachelor degree or high at mechanical engineering field or relative      

2. Experience  经验

more than 3 years work experinece at process quality or supplier quality   Experience/knowledge in mechanical or electrical parts is prefered       

3. Special skills, language or personality  特殊技能、语言或个性

Strong teamwork and communication skills;Self starter that requires minimum supervision;

Work actively; 

Familiar with quality tools, such as APQP,PPAP， PFMEA，MSA，SPC

Working knowledge of basic PC software programs (Microsoft Office), good excel skill, presentattion skill,

 Good written and oral English
