Primary Functions (or Position Summary)  

• Lead production department to meet production order requirement, and guarantee product quality and quantity; manage and develop production staffs; overall budget control of the department.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the management of a factory and the achievement of production targets.
2. Contributes to defining the processes of production and monitors their implementation.
3. Responsible for the respect of health and safety rules of plant personnel.
4. Lean manufacturing, VSM, FMEA.
5. Implements and supports the monitors in the factory through lean thinking tools.
6. Ensures the implementation of planned production, in terms of quality, time and cost.
7. Participates in the choices of investments and industrial production processes at the plant.
8. Equipment management and purchasing, responsible for maintenance, including mechanical and Electrical
9. Has the responsibility of the budget relating to the operational costs of the plant.
10. Supervises the implementation of "no smoking policy" in the company
11. Approving process documents such as working instruction etc.
12. Any other assignment from management.

Normal Minimum Position Requirements

Education

-          University degree with mechanical, electrical, technical or related major

Experience

-          Over 5 years related working experience with at least 2 years in management position.

-          Knowledge of lean thinking and EHS management.

-          Knowledge of cast iron machining, plastic molding, stainless steel etc.

-          Experience of project management and implement.

-          Familiar with quality method to control production

-          Experience in operation management and manufacturing companies is a plus.

-          Good in spoken and written English

-          Be able to work under pressure with positive attitude.

-          Strong communication, problem-solving skills

-          Open-minded, and strong leadership management.
