 Tasks and Responsibilities

1.Be responsible for manufacturing processes, become expert of process for specific processing steps, aiming for 

continuous improvement, such as:

• Process improvement for current rubber products.
• Propose, implement, and document improvements to existing processes for cost saving and/or efficiency improving.
• Based on product characteristics and R&D requirements, the process of the product is realized in the factory. When necessary, technical discussions with R&D personnel are required.
• Support manufacturing with daily operational problems through hands-on troubleshooting and process improvements.
• Identify new processing equipment/tooling that can be used to improved existing capabilities .
• Write work instructions/SOP for new processes, transfer processes to production line, train operators on new processes.

2.Be responsible for the manufacture technology (product & process) development for transfered product for future market development;

3.Cooperate with R&D teams from FHS, Australia and TRID for product technology and manufacture transfer;

4.If necessary, be respnosible for tooling/mould/product design.

 Education and Experience

• Bachelors degree or above, in polymer material, chemistry, chemical engineering, or mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in rubber/chemical process in rubber/chemical/material industry.
• Design experience(autocad, UG, catia, solidworks) in rubber/chemical/material factory is preferred.

 Competencies

• Familiar with rubber process and parameters, such as extrusion, molding, vulcanization and other processes.
• Understand different polymer types and rubber raw materials.
• Understand ISO/TS 16949 and ISO9001 is preferred.
• Oral and written communication skills in English.
• High problem solving capability.
• Can withstand greater working pressure.

公司现有产品范围：橡胶护舷（实心护舷、充气护舷）、挖泥管等橡胶基建产品、橡胶起重垫、特殊膨胀接头、隧道桥梁密封产品、橡胶防腐衬里系统，以及靠泊辅助电子导航装置。
