Provide 1st line support to the corporate office users. Help them in solving their daily IT issues, including but not limited to: computer issues, phone problems, printing, video conferencing setup, and essential network trouble shooting.

· Providing local and remote desktop/laptop support in multi-site enterprise environment;

在多站点企业环境中提供本地和远程桌面/笔记本电脑支持;

· Troubleshooting system hardware and software incidents including operating system and software application problems;

故障排除系统硬件和软件事故，包括操作系统和软件应用问题;

· Handle the account of new hire on-boarding and termination off-boarding process;

办理员工入职和离职的账号开通和关闭;

· Providing Telecom and Conference Room support;

提供电信和会议室支持；

· Updating inventory records via IT Asset management system;

· Install software and perform custom configuration on systems;

Qualifications & Technical Skills:

· Service oriented. 良好的服务意识

· University degree or above, major in computer science or related; 大学及以上学历，计算机相关专业；

· Good skills in written and spoken English. 良好的英语口语和书写能力;

· At least 2years experience in IT helpdesk/desktop support area. 2年以上的IT支持工作经验；

· At least 2years working knowledge of Windows, OSX operating systems, PC and Apple hardware, and networking concepts. 2年以上Windows, OSX操作系统，PC和苹果硬件及网络概念的工作经验

· Familiar with Microsoft environment: windows 10 / active directory. 熟悉微软环境：Windows 10 / active directory.

· Essential knowledge of working IT environment include cabling, network construction, servers and AD operation. 基本的IT工作环境知识，包括布线，网络建设, 服务器和AD操作。
