Job Description:

Lead & perform transmission system & components design, development and validation for earthmoving products NPI, cost reduction and quality improvement programs to meet PQVC requirements.

Job Duties:

Be responsible for transmission and torque converter system & components solution development for earthmoving machines. Be able to transfer VOC into CCR, develop & evaluate concept alternatives, perform DFMEA, develop technical specification and develop ProE models.

 Lead system and component design review meeting;

Work with cross functional teams to conduct CPPD and APQP activities;

Support current production maintenance and continuous improvement projects. Be able to identify root causes and develop PCAs for field failures.

Required Qualifications: 

l  Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years work experience; 

l  Machinery transmission product development experience.

l  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

l  Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

l  Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills 

Desired Qualifications: 

l  Earthmoving machinery transmission product development experience.

l  Machining manufacturing engineering experience in gear shaft and case.
