Main responsibility:

l Responsible for setting up and maintaining QMS.

l Through continuous improvement in systems and organizations, sustained reductions on quality costs so as to guarantee customer satisfaction and company profitability.

l To define, design and implement the quality indicators required to correctly control and assess products and processes, including IQC, PQC, FQC.

l Responsible for quality standards in processes and projects including the introduction, assurance and further development.

l Reviews external complaints for the purpose of developing appropriate preventive quality tools.

l Manages and executes quality programs that lead to improvements in quality, costs and overall efficiency.

l Quality management assessment including the planning, implementation, assessment and control of internal and external audits and assessment as well as the analysis of the results and provision of improvement measures.

l Advises on the overall quality standards of products.

Requirements:

l Bachelor degree or above in electrical, engineering or mechanical fields.

l 5 years related working experience. Working experience in electrical industry is preferred.

l Solid experience and good understanding of quality principles and tools (e.g., APQP,PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA etc).

l Familiar with ISO9000 and TS 16949.

l Proficiency with MS Office.

l Good command of English, both oral and writing, able to communicate ideas fluently.
