Main Responsibility:

1. Project leader for platform projects.

2. Keep timely tract of assigned projects in terms of time, cost and specification.

3. Create and maintain clear communication lines with external and internal stakeholders, such as sales, production, procurement, quality, finance, sub suppliers, institutes and external experts.

4. Be contact person for colleagues in DK with regards to platform projects.

5. Ensure compliance with internal procedures in general and the Gate model in particular.

6. Act proactively to changes

7. Participation in detailed mechanical design work

Qualification:

1. MSc or BSc degree in mechanics or thermodynamic.

2. Experienced project leader, preferably of platform projects.

3. Holistic business perspective.

4. Preferably experienced with the stage gate methodology.

5. Experience from serial production in heavy industry.

6. Good understanding of production technology.

7. Good communication skills in English (min. band 4) and Chinese verbal and written

8. Familiar with DFM (Design for Manufacturing)

9. Preferable CAD user (Inventor) and familiar with ERP

10. Efficient, participative, and holistic decisionmaker.

11. Willingness to frequent traveling, national and international (~30 days/year)

12. Team player.
