1.Maintenance Configuration of Network/Hardware/Firewall/Telephone System/Surveillance System, Manage Change of Configuration

2.Ensure Windows Server is properly configured, and the Roles of Domain/File/DNS/Remote Desktop is practically set.

3.Ensure applications and licensing are in accordance with the company strategy and follows the legislation

4.Maintenance MSSQL Server, Ensure Database Server's stability and efficiency.

5.Manage "IT Purchase", Ensure it follows company's regulation to have a cost-efficiency service or product.

6.Manage suppliers, monitor and evaluate their service.

7.Execute process of "Incident","Problem","Knowledge". Ensure continuous improvement in IT operations.

8.Provide UK support in "Microsoft Ecological Environment".

9.Work together with customer, understand their needs, ensure service quality by deliver customers what they want.

10.Weekly Report of work Assessment, Monthly report on "Customer Satisfaction"

1． Education   

 At least a bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT related Education. 

2. Skills Required

• Familiar with Microsoft Windows Server, candidate with MSCE is preferable.

• Familiar with Microsoft SQL Server

• Familiar with process in IT service management, candidate with ITIL Foundation Certificate is preferable

• Experience with ERP IT infrastructure

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Must be fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese
