青岛招聘

               1.订单策划，订单下达到ilink和青岛系统， Order planning and release on ilink and QD system

2. 跟进产品状态，是否有延误，是否有缺物料的情况，如有，跟进采购 Chase up orders status ,whether have any order delay ,whether have raw metaril delay ,if have ,chase up with purchasing   

3. 英国同事对接，关于订单，产品等问题 Communicating with UK , regarding orders or other issue, 

4. 维护更新系统产品数据，产品价格数据 Maintenance product database ,price database , 

5.提前安排出货计划，包括订舱位，协调仓库进出口安排出口计划，通知相关同事 Make loading plan for next week ,including booking, work together with loading team regarding export and import, inform related department once settle down. 

6. 发货后，系统上确认发货信息，更新ilink 集装箱信息 after shipment ,confirm shipping information,and update ilink for container tracking .            

7. 负责所有和订单标签相关联的业务，比如标签确认，下载，上传到系统 Maintenance label, make sure all product has label. 

8. 国内物流发货 domestic delivery arrangement for 3rd supplier -- shipping consolidation and materials 

9.为第三方供应商指定出货代理，链接货运代理和供应商 Assign forwarder for 3rd supplier，connect forwarders and suppliers 

1． Education

◆ Bachelor or higher education  

2．Skills Required

◆ Fluent in both spoken & written English / Mandarin Chinese

◆ Good computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and Outlook)

◆ Competency Module

◆ knowledge on billing and invoice

◆ Reporting and controlling

◆ Knowledge of import/export process ,customs policy .

3. Special attributes

◆ Ability to work analytical on data

◆Knowledge of ERP systems and data management

◆Knowledge of supply chain management

◆Ability to question our existing processes

4. Work experience

◆at least 2 years work experience,preferring with an international company background
