岗位职责 Job Description

1、RDC仓库管理，负责培训仓库供应商，确保仓库运营质量， 机器设备能力，操作规范等。

RDC warehouse management, train warehouse service provider, ensure warehouse operation quality, equipment capacity, and standardized operation, etc.

2、按总部物流规定， 申请包装， 安排仓库服务商为符合条件的机器更换包装。

Apply package from CDC to RDC for package damaged product, arrange warehouse service provide exchange.

3、在SAP系统操作收货和发货，执行货物冻结， 并粘贴标签和正常货物进行区分。

Operate goods receipt and goods issue of RDC in SAP，operate goods block, and stick label on goods for blocking.

4、执行定期盘点工作， 周度，月底，年度盘点。

Regular stock taking.

5、仓库巡查，确保仓库日常安全， 消防等。

Warehouse inspection, ensue warehouse safety, etc.

6、负责执行一些客户的特殊需求，例如， 客户要求的额外标签在外包装上。

Execution special requirement from customer, i.e. add special label for customer.

7、根据物流规定，分析鉴定货物损坏以及缺失责任， 并作相应结果处理。

Analysis goods damage or shortage responsibility.

8、订单送货客户仓库预约，二程运输发货单创建、打印，根据不同线路实际情况，二程配车和分配发货单给不同的承运商。

Warehouse appointment，secondary delivery note creation, DN print, truck consolidation or allocate DN to transportation service provider.

9、二程运输监控， 发现问题， 协调相关人员沟通解决；二程运输TMS的监督和使用。

Secondary transportation monitor, secondary TMS performance and data monitor.

10、安排符合退返规定的退返货物自客户仓库返回RDC，并按照要求管理退返货物。

Arrange transportation of return goods from customer warehouse to RDC ，return goods management.

11、仓库及二程运输相关报告，供应商服务水平评估管理。

Warehouse and secondary delivery service provider performance report.

12、仓库及二程承运商招标支持。

Warehouse and 3PL Bidding support.

13、评估和检查每月仓库及二程运输成本费用。

Review and check monthly warehouse and secondary transportation cost.

 

专业资质要求 Professional Requirements

1、行业背景：家电或零售

 Industry background : Home appliance or retail

2、学历：本科或以上

 Education : bachelor or above

3、语言：英语四级或以上

Language: English CET 4 or above

4、性格：结果导向、自我激励、数据驱动

Personality : result driven, self-motivation, Data-driven

5、其他：SAP或其他ERP经验

Others: SAP or other ERP experience

6、优先：拥有SCM相关认证，如APICS CPIM, CSCP, CLTD；对于申请“配送管理”或“RDC运营”岗位的候选人，有物流或工程教育背景者优先。

Prefer:  Qualification : SCM related certification, i.e. APICS CPIM, CSCP, CLTD

For candidate of “Delivery Execution” and “RDC Operation”, education background of logistics or engineering is prefer.
