岗位职责：

1、负责办公设备（电脑、打印及一体机等）维护和保养；   

2、了解路由器、交换机、路由器等基础网络及相关设备安装、调试、维护；

3、负责公司电脑系统的维护及安装，熟悉Windows10桌面电脑、Windows Server 2016服务器以及SQL Server数据库的安装配置； 

4、能够处理常见的电脑系统及硬件故障，对打印及一体仪等日常办公设备的维护及管理；

5、能够耐心处理公司国内用户的各类IT问题；

6、领导指派的其他任务；

        

任职要求：

1、全日制大专及以上学历，计算机、电子技术等相关专业，1年以上IT工作经验；

2、良好的工作责任心及团队合作精神，高度的责任感，善于沟通，良好的耐心；

3、熟悉网管工作流程，具备熟练安装、故障排查和管理维护计算机、网络系统软、硬件的能力；

4、熟悉WIN10/SERVER 2016操作系统；对Windows域和文件服务有一定的认识

5、熟悉MS Office365及MS Azure域者优先；

6、熟悉主流网络通信设备，尤以Juniper交换机与防火墙为佳；

7、能根据公司的需求出差；

8、英语熟悉良好，并能进行简单的日常及专业方面的口语交流；

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the maintenance of office equipment (computer, printer and all-in-one machine, etc.);

2. Understand router, switch, router and other basic network and related equipment installation, debugging and maintenance;

3. Responsible for the maintenance and installation of the company's computer system, familiar with the installation and configuration of windows 10 desktop computer, Windows Server 2016 server and SQL Server database;

4. Be able to deal with common computer system and hardware failure, maintenance and management of daily office equipment such as printing and all-in-one instrument;

5. Be able to handle all kinds of it problems of domestic users patiently;

6. Other tasks assigned by leaders;

Requirements:

1. Full time college degree or above, major in computer, electronic technology and other related major, more than 1 year's it working experience;

2. Good sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, high sense of responsibility, good communication, good patience;

3. Familiar with the work flow of network management, skilled in installation, troubleshooting, management and maintenance of computer, network system software and hardware;

4. Familiar with win10 / server 2016 operating system; have some knowledge of Windows domain and file service

5. Familiar with MS office365 and MS azure domain is preferred;

6. Familiar with mainstream network communication equipment, especially juniper switch and firewall;

7. Be able to travel according to the company's needs;

8. Be familiar with English well, and be able to conduct simple daily and professional oral communication;
