Finance Assistanta Controller (四大背景优先）
Responsibility：
1.Assist FC to establish and maintain internal control system under the dynamic business environment. Take charge of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance activities. Work scope includes self-assessment of control design and documentation (e.g. establishment and revision of company policies & procedures to comply with global policy requirements) and testing as per World HQ’s instruction.
2.Cooperate with the internal and external auditors to implement the auditing and follow up on the corrective actions to the audit findings.
3. Provision of finance supports, from finance/internal control perspective, to FC and Operations on ad hoc projects.
岗位要求 Qualifications：
1.Bachelor degree or above, majored in finance and economy.
2.CPA qualification. Familiar with PRC and US GAAP.” 4 big' is preferred.
3.6 years or above working experiences. Candidates with similar exposure in multi-national company within manufacturing industry and/or external/internal audit, accounting or tax advisory experience will be preferred.
Flexibility to travel.
4.Proficient in windows office software. Candidates with ERP experience (JDE, SAP, BaaN) will be preferred.
5.Proficient in the knowledge in Auditing and Internal control.
6.Able to read and write English.
7.Good command of communication skill / logical thinking.
