职位描述

Responsibilities
1.Participate in Compensation and Benefits (C&B) strategy planning by working with global and local management team.
2.Develop and review C&B related policies, develop and implement C&B programs aligned with global C&B philosophy and strategy.
3.Provide guidelines and manage whole process of bi-annual compensation review cycles throughout proposal, approval till communication.
4.Participate in total rewards market surveys including job matching, data reporting and analysis and develop/review salary structure to ensure the market competiveness of the compensation level and benefits programs to attract potential candidates and retain talents.
5.Process Job evaluation for new positions and job updates on Talent Acquisition HR's request.
6.Provide professional consultation, guidance and timely solutions on C&B problems issues to Client Facing and Talent Acquisition to ensure the compliance with company policy and local regulations, i.e. special case in hiring, promotion, and termination process.
7.Maintain employee database timely and accurately.
8.Partner with Consulting firm/Global C&B Team and local management to implement C&B projects
9.Responsible of HR Operation which includes on- boarding, separation, leave, overtime etc.
10.Other works assigned by HR Manager
Qualifications

1.Bachelor's degree and above. MBA is an advantage.
2.Minimum of 5 years experience on Compensation & Benefits in Multi-National Company.
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
3.Expert understanding of key C&B practices.
4.In-depth knowledge of regulations pertaining to C&B issues.
5.Strong understanding of external market trends and company's position in market.
6.Good general business overview, entrepreneurial focus, ability to work in a fast changing environment.
7.Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook etc.) and the ability to learn new systems quickly is a must.
8.Strongly process driven person - organized & structured in own work and bringing structure & processes to C&B teams.
9.Meeting agreed expectations and requirements of customers
10.Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with other HR and function leaders thereby gaining their trust and respect.
