职位描述

Purpose of the Job:

Ensure the smooth run of all recruitment activities in Bekaert Shanghai office and work closely with HRBPs on the hiring of white collar employees to meet the business needs

Your Role:

1. Support recruiting activies and other HR processes(e.g. onboarding,leaving,etc.)

2. Benefits management,distribution and project support

3. Expat/Outbound management including immigration,taxation,calculation,vendor management,etc.

4. Management Assistant to VP HR Asia

- Calendar management & travel arrangement support

- Support regional HR meeting

- Manage HR shared folder

5. Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Your Profile:

1 Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources is preferred;
2 With HR intern experience is preferred;
3 Strong interpersonal skills, good communication skills;
4 Quick learner;
5 Good oral and written English.
6 Familiar with Excel/Outlook/PPT
7 Is able to work at least 3 days per week
