Primary Responsibilities：

1、Receive demand and delivery schedule from Customers, confirm the delivery schedule and type the schedule into AX ERP system, send delivery schedule

接收客户需求和交货计划，确认交货计划并录入AX ERP系统，发送交货计划

2、Coordinate with all resources to help customer who is meeting critical increasing demand or unexpected shortage, to prevent from any potential line stoppage.

协调所有资源，帮助客户满足紧急增长的需求或意外短缺，防止任何潜在的线路中断。

3、To Study and understand the special requirement and pass the information to warehouse to ensure the shipment can be made accordingly.

研究和了解特殊要求，并将信息传递到仓库，确保按要求发货。

4、Provide sales order number for every shipment to financial department to issue invoice to customer.

出货时提供销售订单号给财务部门，开具发票给客户

5、Take part in the stock taking in the middle year and end year.

参与年中和年末的盘点工作。

6、Work as the logistics in project team. Purchase material, quote the freight charge, design package standard and quote the package cost.

在项目组担任物流支持工作。采购材料，报价运费，设计包装标准，报价包装费用。

7、Work with team to finish the logistics audit of supplier.

与团队合作完成对供应商的物流审核。

Education and/or Experience:

1、Bachelor's Degree

2、Excellent personality and communication skills at all levels within an international manufacturing environment in both Chinese and English language.

3、Ability to communicate information accurately and get along with different department and multiple culture background customers and suppliers.
