The Role

工作范围：

1. 厂房设施的优化改造：厂房优化（有需要时），配套基础设施的完善，消防、中央空调、工厂供电系统、压缩空气系统的优化及法规符合性检查、改进。
2. 按照法律法规及公司内部要求建立完善的厂房及设施检查、维护、保养程序文件及安排执行
3. 日常生产服务和支持：确保设施稳定运行，保障生产。监控设施运行情况，对设施定期点检和维护，主要包括3X1600KVA变电站、车间中央空调系统、压缩空气系统等
4. 厂房建筑及配套设施点检及维护。主要包括2万平方米厂房建筑、工厂照明、给排水系统、消防系统、通风空调等
5. 公共设施点检维护。主要包括餐厅、热水、监控、道路、绿化等
6. 执行公司及地方制度及规范，管理特种设备。主要包括行车、起重升降机械、压力容器、高低压设备等
7. 负责厂务入厂施工作业供应商的现场管理，严格按照法规、安全、质量、功能、交期等要求监督管理供应商完成作业任务并完全达到预期效果。

work scope:

1. Facility optimization: Construction optimization (when needed), associated facility improvement, firefighting system, central air-conditioning system, power supply system, compressed air system optimization and legal/regulation compliance check/improvement.
2. Establish procedures and processes on facility check, maintenance based on legal and internal requirement.
3. Daily production support through stabling facility equipment and system’s operation. Monitoring key equipment/system’s status, like 3 x 16000KVA transformer substation
4. Routine check and maintenance on building construction and ancillaries. Include 20,000 ㎡ building construction, lighting system, water supply and drainage system, firefighting system, air-conditioning system, etc.
5. -General utilities check and maintenance - kitchen, utility supply, hot water system, roads, CCTV etc
6. Following EHS policy and local regulation to manage special equipment. Mainly cover crane, lifting equipment, pressure vessel, HV/LV equipment.
7. Responsible for Facility subcontractor/supplier’s on-site work, supervising and manage subcontractors to work and deliver as company expected, with following regulations, safety, quality, spec and lead time requirement strictly.

What we expect of you? 

Education level:

1. 大专以上学历，机电或制冷专业优先Colleague or above, major in electromechanical or refrigeration is preferred

Relevant previous experience:

1. 制造类工厂相关工作经验3年以上。熟悉配电室，中央空调，空压机，厂房基建和消防系统的运行和维护Work experience in manufacturing factories for more than 3 years. Familiar with power transformer room, central air conditioning, compressor, building construction and fire fighting system operation and maintenance
2. 有高压电工证，入网证。 有压力容器操作证和消防系统操作证更佳High-voltage electrician certificate and power network access certificate is required. Pressure vessel operation certificate and fire system operation certificate is preferred

Language skills:

English reading and writing skill, basic English speaking was preferred.

负责厂房及设施系统的维护和预防维修，协调管理相关供应商确保稳定运行。管理动能系统运行，监控动能消耗。提供设备安装和调迁配合工作, 负责高压配电系统及消防喷淋系统的检查及优化。执行健康安全环境规范，为生产部门创造安全稳定生产环境。

Responsible for the maintenance and preventive maintenance of plant and facility systems, and coordinate management of relevant suppliers to ensure stable operation. Manage kinetic energy system operation and monitor kinetic energy consumption. Provide equipment installation and relocation work, High voltage power supply system and firefighting system routine check and optimization. Implement health and safety environmental regulations to create a safe and stable production environment for the production department.
