Scope of Roles:

As local expert to assist co-workers with use of CEMS and other project implementation.

Key Responsibilities/Challenges:

? Work closely hand-in-hand and continually with the project and technical team
? Independently deal with external departments and vendors
? User requirements collection and analysis
? Communication with technical team and vendors for the development scheme
? In charge of preparation for Business Requirements Definition
? In charge of Functional Spec validation and confirmation
? Testing script preparation
? Arrangement of user testing, perform the test and fix problem accordingly
? Arrangement of user training, perform the training
? Preparation of system user manual
? Communication with process manager for change of the process DOI
? Project status summary and post implement tracking and monitoring
? Continuously monitor on related systems like CEMS, UTS, PMS, etc
? Take part in Group and Country level projects, and prompt for the proper solution
? Familiar with business system and process to answer system functionality and business process questions
? Being the local expert of rollout projects

To comply with respective Money Laundering Prevention Procedures and be alert at all times to unusual or possibly suspicious customer activity, and should report any suspicious activity to the respective Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager as well as directly to the Country MLPO in urgent or exceptional circumstances.

Selection Criteria:

? College degree or above
? 3~5 years bank operation experience, at least 2 years project experience
? Work under pressure
? Good knowledge of banking products and process, branch experience preferred
? Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
? Good communications skills and ability to understand frontline requirements
? Proficient in PC applications and English
? A team player, optimistic, presentable and sociable
? Sufficient knowledge on MS Excel and Power Point
