The role

• Offering day by day timely service support to the Customer Centres via i.e. the call database
• Provide accurate and up to date service information related to the product range
• Provide and develop technical training in conjunction with the competence development group
• Continuously improve the product quality by a proactive failure reporting follow up. This includes analysing warranty reports, be the driving force in the technical committee meetings (TCM) and participating in the product quality meetings (PQM)
• Play an active role in product development to assure the highest level of serviceability and lowest lifecycle cost, by giving a strong involvement in the project team meetings (PTM)
• Implement the CTS way of working (I.e. Design for life) in the all production facilities
• Contribute to the vacuum service strategy and initiate the release of spares and kits.

 

Skills and experience

1. Master’s degree, major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
2. Experience and knowledge of vacuum applications and/or compressors is a plus.
3. Good command of English both oral and written
4. Software skills e.g. MS Office. Any ERP system would be an asset.
5. Work independent
6. Willing to travel (Qingdao, Tianjin,…)
