We are a designer and manufacturer of labels, die-cuts and display windows for the global electronics industry .We work across a range of consumer electronics devices, is an industry pioneer in the design and manufacture of greener products.

Direct Supervisor:Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Role:Provide technical support to production line; design and improve process continuously to ensure the advance of productivity and safety of production, ensure the compliance with requirements of company and customer; carry out the process control for new process and new product to drive the new product production; provide technical training to personnel to ensure the continuous development of their skills.

Main Responsibility:
1.Provide technical support to production line, assist to solve any problem in time to ensure the good running of production.
2.Continuously to looking for solution for efficiency improvement and process optimization to increase value added.
3.Study process capability following a fixed frequency, to link to Manufacturability review.
4.Study and analyze process data, improve process by appropriate methods to ensure the continuous advance of productivity and the compliance with requirements of company and customer.
5.Liaise with product engineers closely to carry out the process control of new product to ensure the production progress of new product and the compliance with customer requirements.
6.Provide training to the personnel to ensure the continuous development of their skills.
7.Continuously monitor daily performance such as Waste & efficiency.
8.Other duties as requested.

Scope / Measurement of performance:
1.KPI measures – Waste and Efficiency.
2.Production of new product
3.Manufacturing and operational process improvements, OPLs.


Qualification/ Experience/ Skills:
1.Diploma above degree on engineering background and related, printing experience is preferred.
2.At least 5 years related experiences on printing process.
3.Be familiar with printing machinery and process.
4.Good knowledge of inks and colors.
5.Good communication skills both in Chinese and English.
6.Team work.
7.Able to understand how to handle quality tools.
8.Strong color judgment and with no color blind.
