职位描述
Main Responsibility:
1.Lead engineering team to introduce new product/sample to match customer quality requirements within expected lead time in Worldmark Suzhou.
2.Drive and implement process improvements to reduce cost and improve operating performance to customer.
3.Continuously monitor and evaluate process capability on provide plan to maintain it to be an appropriate level.
4.Process/Product design standardization in Worldmark Suzhou.
5.Seek new manufacturing process/technology in Flexo printing and introduce them into shop floor.
6.Lead root cause analysis and action implementation on process related defects.
7.Lead engineering team to achieve annual CI objectives via systematic approaches: ASE, OPL and CI trackers etc;
8.Guide engineering team to maintain ERP and technical specification system correctly;
9.Process automation and efficiency improvement projects handling.
10.Continuously train related engineers to upgrade average engineering capability.
11.Provide engineering training to production shop floor.
12.Projects handling as required.
13.Other duties as requested.
Scope/Measurement of Performance:
1.KPI - Bare waste.
2.Annual CI targets (Material Usage & Efficiency).
3. Key improvement projects.
4. Sample fulfillment and on time delivery.
Qualification:
Education and Training:
1.College/diploma degree or above on engineering area, majoring in printing engineering is strongly preferred;
2.Full trained on printing conception, such as color management, general printing process/equipment;
3.Well know on quality and engineering tools;
4.Sufficient knowledge on project handling.
Experience and Skill:
1. At least 8 years of relevant engineering experience (of which, at least 3 years must be in supervision position).
2. Engineering experience
3. Strong communication skills. Fluent in English and Mandarin for both verbal and written communication.
4. Good understanding on product structure and routing system;
5. Well implementation of engineering/quality tools: APQP, DOE, SPC, 6 sigma etc;
6. Strong experience on CI projects leading a team.
