Purpose of position:
- Be responsible for the completion of production plan and people management of each shift to ensure the timely product supply and the compliance with the requirements of customers in quality and other aspects.
- Continuous improvement projects handling to achieve CI objectives.
- Maintain higher level of 6S & EHS on shop floor.

Main Responsibility:
1.Drive shift behavior ensuring production targets are met: less defect, higher delivery performance and manufacturing efficiency.
2.Ensure accurate recording on management information systems (IFS & TS), timesheets, waste, analysis sheets, overtime sheets etc.
3.Lead manufacturing to support new product introduction.
4.Conduct training for line leaders/section supervisors on shop floor management.
5.Through communication with maintenance engineer to ensure all equipment is within specification and suitable condition to perform tasks relating to production targets.
6.lmprove the production efficiency continuously to ensure the timely delivery.
7.Enhance the housekeeping of production shop floors, carry out EHS policy to ensure the compliance with state regulations.
8.Make and implement individual training plan, appraise the individual's skills regularly to ensure their behavior complying with the requirements of process and company's regulations, make sure their skills develop continuously
9.Lead manufacturing and engineering team to drive actions and achieve KPI & CI objectives.
10.Other duties as requested.

Scope/Measurement of Performance:
1.6S, EHS & daily shop floor management.
2.KPI (OTD/Waste).
3.CI objectives.
4.Projects Assigned.

Qualification:
Education and Training:
1.Diploma degree or above, major in printing is preferred;
2.Knowledge and implementation experience on lean manufacturing.

Experience and Skill:
1.Minimum 8 years working experience and 3 years at least on supervision position, printing industry is strongly preferred.
2.Experience on shop floor team management.
3.Good ability of organization and decision making.
4.Well understanding on KPI and DEMIC approach.
5.Sufficient experience on 6S & EHS implementation.
6.Strong product realization/Process understanding.
7.ISO standards Conception .
8.Project handling skills.
