Mission:

*Ensure that the materials, products and services needed are well managed in alignment with our procurement policy.
*Searching and managing suppliers for ongoing and implemented projects.

Job description

*In collaboration with manufacturing and R&D team, execute sourcing plan to ensure on time delivery of all required materials and services.
*Ensure communication and cooperation with manufacturing, R&D, quality/SQE and service people within the whole organization.
*Monitor the delivery of all purchase orders to be in line with project schedule
*Enquiry and conduct technical clarification or coordination with vendor, if required.
*Handle disputes between suppliers and internal customer, work together with the SQE and suppliers on corrective actions and take measure for preventive action.
*Continuously looking for savings opportunities while ensuring company quality standards, delivery time and cost
*Source right local vendor and proceed with pre-qualification to establish AVL list.
*Minimize contract risk in consolidation with legal consultant.
*To define and monitor adequate performance indicators related to purchasing metrics, including cost, quality and reliability.
*To negotiate and monitor buying contracts for materials, services with suppliers
*To analyze and evaluate sourcing information in domestic markets
*Propose savings plans and manage purchasing process according to budget
*Propose and implement appropriate measures in case of deviation from the plan or from forecast
*Be the window person for assigned categories and projects
*Able to develop supplier base in a continuous way

Requirements:

*Good bilingual communication and interpersonal, supplier relationship and supplier management skills
*Minimum 8 years purchasing experience preferably in motors, machining and sheet metal, plastic or electronics
*International team work, Self starter, proactive, high quality standards, reliable, trustworthy, cost conscious, basic financial knowledge
*Graduated in University majored in a field of engineering science or technology
*Quality concept and know-how is a plus
