Job Description
1. AP aging analysis between the headquarter and the supplier
2. Double check insurance premium and freight
3. Double check commercial invoices for payment
4. AP reconciliation with headquarter and all suppliers
5. The preparation of the payment plan and monthly statements
6. Support audit work of headquarter
7. Good and excellent skills in Excel and PivotTable tools to assist daily work.
8. Timely handling of other matters assigned by Finance Director
Qualification
1. Good English skill in both written &Oral English
2. Good PC skill, good at Excel is a must
3. Good management skill, has working experience of leading AP/AR &finance analysis team
