The Branch Manager provides leadership and guidance to ensure the profit center's profitabilty and growth in accordance with the CLASQUIN group policy.

Missions:

1. Sales

• Increase gross profit by actively pursuing new business compatible with the overall scope of the Clasquin group service lines
• Ensure the ongoing development and maintenance of main customer relationships

2. Management

• Work closely with the operational and sales managers of the responsible entity to ensure the business unit is working at optimum capacity and efficiency
• Take care of the recruitment, training and development of operational managers, sales people and team members
• Track and provide management wit reporting on key issues

3. Business

• Negotiate with suppliers (airlines and co-loaders)
• Improve existing processes and implement new ones

4. Finance

• Responsible for the financial process for the responsible entity, including submission of the annual budget, historic comparisons, variance reporting (actual vs budget)
• Effectively monitor costs via systems currently used, and/ or work with appropriate staff to establish new systems of measurement
• Routinely analyze receivables to ensure they are within acceptable limits

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree holder or above in logistics, transportation or related disciplines
• 8 years' experience in logistics and transportation industry, of which 3 years in managerial level
• Proven sales track record with existent client portfolio
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Self-starter and a team player
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, with a keen eye for details
• Strong quantitative and analytical thinking skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong focus on human resources management and business development in line with group policy
