    1.     Purchase order planning 

    2.     Release purchase orders to supplier

    3.     Check and arrange payment 

    4.     Continuous improvement on this work. 

    5.     Other tasks from purchasing manager.             

QUALIFICATIONS         

  1． Education ◆ Bachelor or higher education   

  2．Skills Required 

   ◆ High Planning skills

   ◆ Must be able to work independently with extreme accuracy to details 

   ◆ Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions in English

   ◆ Good computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and Outlook) 

   ◆  Great attention to detail and strong professional ethics

   ◆  Good quantitative skills and strong analytical ability.

   ◆  A cooperative and practical approach with good adaptation skills

    

   ◆ Ability to effectively manage one’s own time especially with respect to project deadlines   

       ◆ Sensitive  to numbers
