协助建立和完善公司供应管理体系以及公司各项供应管理制度

定期、准确向经理和相关部门提供有关供应信息，为公司或部门的供应决策提供信息组织

协助制定建立供应商认证标准、供应商考核标准、供应商服务标准；对新、老供应商资质认证和综合能力考评

负责开发有效的新供应商

负责履行供应合同/协议，并组织监督实施

协调品管部，对供应商的技术、生产过程质量进行指导和培训，建立和完善管理体系，确保公司供应目标的实现

负责提出公司库存产品品种及产品库存量计划方案，并负责组织实施

制定供应商库存管理标准，协助供应商减低库存管理成本

组织参与供应商生产过程质量控制

建立供应管理档案，提出供应管理改进方案

完成供应管理部经理交办的其他工作任务

任职资格：

统招大专以上学历

3年以上采购工作经验，制造业/机械零部件行业采购经验1年以上。

具备采购供应、统计分析、法律等方面的知识，学习能力强

具有很强的判断与决策能力、人际能力、沟通能力、计划与执行能力
