2. 跟进发货进度，准确安排航班信息，到货后处理唛头和包装处理；

3. 及时与货代协调出运信息；

4. 配合财务做好对帐工作；

岗位职责：

1、负责日常贸易业务中单证的缮制、审核、管理、归档统计等工作；

2、熟悉进出口的操作流程；

3、为客户提供单据查询、结算等方面的服务；

4、场站验货以及上级交办的其他相关工作。

5、有驾照者优先。
