1、熟悉拖拉机、越野、客车设备产品；

2、能够设计线束：2d图纸，三维模型和示意图；

3、良好的英语书面和口语知识；

4、能够理解和处理机械系统和部件（如阀门、齿轮等）；

5、工具：电气CAD机械CAD：CREO PTC。
