Purpose of the position岗位描述:

Responsible for whole technical management for related product as a product manufacturing engineer, including manufacturing BOM creating, routing preparation, and manufacturing technical support, etc.

作为产品制造工程师，负责相关产品整体的制造工艺管理，包括产品制造BOM准备，工艺路线制定，制造工艺支持等。

Key accountabilities of the position岗位主要职责:

1. Be responsible for manufacturing document preparation and management of related product, like BOM, routing, cutting list & cutting drawing, work instruction, etc.

负责相关产品制造文件的准备和管理，例如物料清单，工艺路线，下料单&下料图，作业指导书等。

2. Play role as main contact/communication window between FLS QD and foreign product center regarding product technical discussion.

是青岛公司与国外产品中心技术交流的主要联系窗口。

3. Be responsible for product manufacturing related fixtures, tools and equipment preparation.

负责产品制造相关的工装、工具以及设备的准备。

4. Be responsible for workshop layout design and management for related product manufacturing.

负责相关产品制造的厂房布局策划和管理。

5. Gap analysis and improvement for standard hours of related product.

相关产品标准工时的差距分析和改善。

6. Provide technical support to internal departments and supplier, like troubleshooting for FLS internal manufacturing, participate in manufacturing cost evaluation, support for production productivity, purchase technical specification definition and clarification, etc.

给公司相关部门和供应商提供技术支持，例如公司内部生产问题解决，参与制造成本估计，支持生产力的提升，采购技术规范的定义和澄清等。

7. Technical improvement, such as production line layout optimization, routing improvement, etc.

工艺改善，例如生产布局的优化，工艺路线的改进等。

8. Perform technical discipline checking to supervise production manufacturing process comply with technical requirements.

执行工艺纪律检查，监督生产过程符合工艺要求。 

9. Other tasks assigned to meet the personal and business development.

完成为满足个人和业务发展而分配的其他任务。

Key requirement of the position任职资格:

1. Education Background: equal or above bachelor

学历：大学本科及以上学历

2. Major: Mechanical or related major

专业：机械或相关专业

3. Related Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in manufacturing process engineering in heavy fabrication/machining/assembly industry

相关工作经验：至少3年重型制造/加工/装备等行业制造过程工艺经验

4. Management Experience: Experience about project management is preferred

管理经验：有项目管理经验优先考虑

5. English: equal or above CET4, strong verbal and written communication skills in English

英语水平：CET4及以上，较强的口头及书面英语沟通能力

6. Computer: Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, Power Point and Word, etc.

电脑水平：熟练使用AutoCAD, Excel, Power Point and Word等软件 

7. Oracle or similar ERP experience will be a plus 

有Oracle或类似ERP经验者优先

8. Team work and excellent interpersonal skill is a must

必须具有团队合作精神和良好的人际交往能力

9. Able to work independently with minimum supervision

能够独立完成工作

10. Experience in foreign companies is preferred
