1. Responsible for daily work from customers, as well as the follow-up and delivery of customer orders

2. Establish a good relationship with customers and timely deliver and deal with customers' feedback

3. Enter sales orders in ERP system, confirmed and timely followed up orders

4. Made inventory plan and delivery arrangement according to order requirements, followed up invoice signing and customer payment collection

5. Make statistics of customer order data, invoicing and tracking of AR collection.
