The Role

Responsible for control at shop floor level of day to day manufacturing activities within a defined component or product cell to achieve product quality and delivery commitments in an effective manner. Cell leader is the first line of decision making, working within the framework established by the Production manager.

5. Principal  Accountabilities – Ensure the team achieves  the customer committed schedule of output

6. Cooperation with the relevant departments

7. Promote mutual development through cooperation with relevant departments.
8. Pursuing continuous improvement

9. Continuous improvement plan for all business-related field development and implementation.

10. Establishment and Improvement of solving the problems.

 

What we expect of you? 

Cell leader is expected to carry out production tasks as and when required in support of their team.
