1.      Major in Electronic Engineering with bachelor degree or above.

2.      Proven experiences in debug, diagnostic of electronic circuitry and PCBA failure analysis.

3.      Good knowledge of electrical circuit and signal integrity in terms of product engineering 

4.      Strong ability to consolidate data to good report and drive for corrective action closure.

工作职责概述Job Responsibility:_  Job Responsibilities:

1.      Evaluate electrical and mechanical characteristics of integrated circuits, components, sub-components, and

        systems. Determine cause of failure including the verification of analog and digital performance. 

2.      Prepare failure analysis report and recommend corrective action.

3.      Failure analysis successful rate improvement and repeated defects reduction.

4.      Failures analyze (root cause analysis) and reporting, push relative person/ department to take correct

        actions including both customer and vendor side.

5.      FA data sorting and analysis.

5.      Work with SQE to push supplier to validate corrective action for repeated defect material. 

6.      Provide technical training for new models; help team to find out process issue and reduce repeated defects.

7.      Based on Failure Analysis finding, provide advice on selection, application and test of electronic 

        components and systems.

8.      Develops new acceleration techniques and analytical tools to assure the early identification of potential

        problems with new products, packaging, and processes.
