岗位说明

该岗位主要负责提供端到端的整机电子电气系统和软件技术服务，涵盖从概念，设计，细化，开发和验证各个阶段，此外，还提供对过去，现在和将来的卡特产品的新产品导入, 持续产品改进和维护提供支持。

工作职责包括但不限于：

1. 开发电气系统和子系统的概念，架构图，和团队一起通过设计回顾来最终锁定系统的设计，子系统和零部件的选择

2. 与内部和外部客户进行协同设计，实现整车的电气系统原理图和线束设计，高质量的把原理图和线束图纸释放到公司系统里

3. 和电气系统组长和团队一起定义和实现软件需求说明，系统集成方案，验证和验证计划

4. 和子系统和软件工程师一起确保软件按时保证质量的实现

5. 在实验室和现场进行集成测试，发现并记录问题，驱动解决

6. 分析来自客户的整车电气和控制问题，和团队一起解决

任职资格

1. 2021届硕士，机械电子，电气，控制，自动化等相关专业

2. 良好的英语技能-英语六级优先

3. 良好的电子电气系统和零部件知识

4. 良好的软件技能-C,MATLAB, ProE 或者 CAD

5. 良好的沟通和团队合作能力

Electrical & Electronics Engineer

Working Location: Qingdao

Position 1: Electrical & Electronics Engineer

Position 2: Drivetrain Control Engineer

Job Description

This position is responsible to provide “end to end” technical service and expertise for the concept, design, detailing, development and validation of the machine electrical & electronics systems & software, and additionally, be responsible to provide support the NPI, CPI and maintenance activities on past, current and future Caterpillar products.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

1. Develop electrical system & subsystem concepts, block diagrams, and have design review with team to finalize the system design, and subsystem & components selection

2. Conduct CPPD activities with internal and external partners, deliver the whole cab and chassis electrical system schematics, and release schematics and harnesses drawings to Caterpillar engineering system with excellent drawing quality

3. Work with EE system lead and teams to define and deliver software requirement specification, system integration solution, validation and verification plan

4. Work with subsystem team and software engineer to ensure software timely delivery and on good quality

5. Perform integration test in lab and field, find and record issues, drive to fix them

6. Analyze machine EE and control problems from customer, solve them with teams

Qualifications

1. 2021 Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Control Engineering, Automation and etc.

2. Good English Skill – CET6 preferred

3. Good Knowledge of electrical and electronic system and components

4. Good Knowledge of software – C, MATLAB，ProE or CAD…

5. Good communication skills and teamwork
