1. Responsible for implementing the sales plan of the team, the management and maintenance of existing  

   customers’annual sales order to make a stable sales increase.

  

   负责实施团队销售计划，销售管理和维护现有客户的年度销售订单，以保证销售额稳定增长。

  

2. Supporting and promoting regional sales channels to develop new projects and orders.

  

    支持和促进区域销售渠道开发，开发新项目和新订单。

  

3. To conduct customer visits, presentations, proactively educate and guide customers, and generate qualified leads  

    that  will lead to orders, through various types of channels.

  

    进行客户访问、演示、培训和指导客户，并通过各种渠道产生订单。

  

4. To systematically analyze sales project opportunities, timely report on progress and situations, precisely identify the 

   key stages and key persons, and provide feasible proposals for management decision.

  

   系统分析销售项目的机会，及时报告进度和情况，准确地确定关键阶段和关键人物，并为管理决策提供切实可行的建议。

  

5. Completed and developed projects from potential stage to order fulfillment.

  

   管理项目，从前期的开发到完成。

  

6. To collect market information regularly, to understand the use of end-customers.

  

   定期收集市场信息，了解终端客户的使用情况。

  

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  

1.  Above 6 years of relevant working experience. At least 3 years supervisory experience in an international company  

     is  preferred.

  

    6年以上相关工作经验。3年以上跨国公司管理经验者优先。

  

2. Bachelor degree of engineering, preferably Major in Water Supply and Drainage, HVAC or equivalent. Insight in back 

    selling process and Dealer development & management in water supply&drainage or water management industry

  

    工程学士学位，给排水、暖通或相关专业优先。熟悉给排水或水管理行业的售后服务流程和经销商的开发与管理;

  

3.   A quick learner with open mind and strong curiosity to new ideas/products/practice.

  

     学习能力强，思维开阔，对新思想/新产品/新实践有强烈的好奇心;

  

4.   Honest, hard-working, positive-thinking, with strong passion in sales, new customers development ability.

  

     诚实，勤奋，积极思考，有强烈的销售热情；业务开拓能力强;

  

5.   Excellent communication and presentation skills in Chinese. Good English skill in speaking and writing. Computer 

     literacy ( Microsoft Office).

  

     良好的中文沟通和表达能力。良好的英语听说读写能力。熟悉计算机软件应用(微软办公软件)。
